Your visit

Session Times.

Sessions will commence on the hour from 0900 hours to 1200 hours, and on the half hour from 1330 hours to 1630 hours.

All sessions include instruction and a safety briefing. All sessions must be booked in advance. Evening bookings can also be offered during the late spring/summer months.

The hire of all the necessary equipment is included in the price together with cartridges. Additional cartridges can be purchased on the day, time permitting.

Age.

The minimum age is 16 years.

Minimum Numbers:

A minimum of 8 persons is required to book Clay Pigeon Shooting.  However, please, do enquire if you have less than eight; we will do our best to accommodate you on a day when we already have another booking taking place.

Payment Terms.

For all Clay Pigeon Shooting events, full payment is required prior to your booking date. We are able to hold a provisional booking for 5 working days to allow you time to consult with your group. A 50% deposit (non refundable) is required to secure your booking, with the balance due two weeks prior to the event.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Clothing:   

We provide all specialist equipment; however, you will need to dress suitably for your activity.  We would ask our clients to wear comfortable clothes and sensible footwear (no flip flops please).  Waterproofs are advisable if the weather is very wet. 

Conditions:    

Challenge reserves the right to exclude participants from any activity if their behaviour is deemed   dangerous to either themselves or another person.  The duty manager’s decision will be final and  no  refund will be made.  Please, advise us if you have any medical condition or illness you may have. 

Cancellations:   

In the unusual event of factors outside our control making it impossible for your activity to proceed, your booking will be transferred, free of charge, to an alternative date or a refund will be made if no alternative is available.  If a booking is cancelled by a client, no refund can be given if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks of the event date.  All bookings run on a timed session basis; if you are late we will try to accommodate you but can make no guarantee.  No refund will be made for late arrivals.
